What is Nursing Care?
Living with a disease or illness can come with unforeseen challenges that participants may require help to manage. Our Community Nursing Care service is available to participants who require extra supports in their home from either an Enrolled or Registered Nurse with experience caring for more complex illnesses.
The aim of nursing care in the community is to help prevent disease, maintain health and to treat any existing health problem, so that the participant is able to remain living independent in their own homes and to avoid unnecessary and extended hospital admissions.
